Logan Greenberg

Logan Greenberg was born and raised in New York, New York. He studied abroad in Scotland at St. Andrew’s University in 2007 and also in London at The Queen Mary Centre For Commercial Law in 2009. While in his undergrad, he worked as a legal clerk for Wollmuth, Maher, and Deutsch in New York City in 2008, a preeminent civil litigation firm. After earning a B.A. in Philosophy at Colgate University in 2008, Mr. Greenberg made his way to New Orleans to study at Tulane University School of Law where he earned his Juris Doctor in 2011.

While attending law school, Mr. Greenberg worked locally as a law clerk at Butler & Mordock LLP as well as with the Orleans Public Defenders in the Conflict Division. After law school, Mr. Greenberg joined the Conflict Division and gained experience trying complex criminal cases with a history of success. Before leaving the Orleans Public Defenders Office, he tried and won a major murder case.

After running his own independent practice servicing the greater New Orleans area, Mr. Greenberg came aboard with Unglesby Law Firm in the summer of 2012. Since then he has been involved in a multitude of high-profile cases, including the representation of an entire residential neighborhood after a fatal plane crash, food poisoning allegations against a popular New Orleans sushi chain, and the defense of one of Louisiana’s largest federal health care fraud cases.

Recently, Logan was instrumental in bringing a major asbestos exposure case to settlement, and become involved in litigation involving the Baton Rouge Sanitary Sewer Overflow (“SSO”) program.

Logan’s practice seeks to constantly apply the principles of innovation and proactive aggression in order to get the best results for his clients. Despite the breadth of his cases, Logan prides himself on his accessibility to his clients, and his ability to mold his representation to accommodate their needs.
